Audio Visual Team

The AV Team for the Church of St John the Evangelist is a little over a year old.  We started AV (audio/visual) broadcasting at SJE in July 2019 with the projection of words and visuals on screens during service. Since then, and with the impact of COVID-19, we have grown in knowledge and portfolio to include online streaming via Youtube. 

Each member is trained to setup and run the various stations so that we can have a well rounded team. Not everyone gets it the first time but thats ok, this is a ministry to God and we will meet you where ever you are and work with you until you are comfortable.

Things you can expect to learn are, camera and sound board (mixer) setup, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) and EasyWorship Software and Youtube Live Broadcasting. Since the team is relatively new, we are currently seeking members willing to assist so we can set up a rotating roster. ‘More hands make the work lighter after all’.
